Service Offerings
M-CEITA will offer a suite of services to help providers achieve meaningful use. Services will include:
- Office process improvement and practice redesign
- Unbiased support for selecting, negotiating and group purchasing of certified HIT products
- Product implementation to ensure the EHR functionalities support practice expectations
- Implementation of care management processes that promote disease prevention
- Support for demonstrating meaningful use, attaining functional interoperability and reporting quality measures
- Technical assistance with report development, transmission, analysis and quality improvement
- Provider education and outreach
Provider Participation
M-CEITA is seeking letters of interest from Michigan providers who are interested in defining
a scope of services based upon practice goals and objectives.
The links below provide more background and instructions on how to complete a letter of interest,
as well as template letters for your use. You can use the Electronic Template to tailor the
letter to your practice or organization, placing the letter on your letterhead and providing
details about your practice. Or, you can print out the General Template which can be completed
as a hardcopy (filling in details by hand or typewriter) and submitted via fax or standard mail.
